You will find The Railway Arms listed in the 2011, '12, '13, '14, '15 & '16 editions of CAMRA's 'The Good Beer Guide' and we are honoured (& somewhat humbled) to have been voted Overall Winner in the 2013 CAMRA National Cider & Perry Pub of the Year competition, to have been voted one of the four National Finalists in the 2014 competition and to have been voted East Anglian Cider & Perry Pub of the Year 2015 for the 3rd consecutive year.
We serve real ale & cider - all gravity fed direct from the cask or pin. We do not have a 'house' ale or cider, preferring instead to stock just guest beers & ciders.
In January 2011 we were pleased to be featured on TV in 'Great Railway Journeys of Britain' presented by Michael Portillo.
We have also been featured in The World of Interiors magazine and in the book Unusual Railway Pubs - as well as in numerous articles in both the local and national press - for example The Daily Telegraph in the Summer of 2015.
